Integrated Massage

The classic Jackson massage for those tired and active bodies. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and is a great compliment to a long day exploring the Tetons. Please note, deep tissue massage will likely include barefoot techniques.

Energy Work

Annelies has been training with the Power Path School of Shamanism since 2019 in the lineage of the Shipibo of the Amazon and the Wixárika (Huichol) of Mexico. Annelies brings this passion into her practice in her energy healing sessions which pair wonderfully with massage. Treatments include the use of song, feathers, plants, and other natural elements and spirit allies. Healing sessions are a powerful way to restore body, mind, and spirit to a state of harmony and balance.

Sarga is a barefoot massage method that uses a fabric strap attached under the table to deliver therapeutic myofascial and deep tissue massage. The strap provides stability and a tensional gravitational force. The Sarga techniques facilitate expansion and ease in the body and are a great way to receive deeper bodywork. Barefoot techniques will be included in most deep tissue massage. Annelies is a CERTIFIED SARGA BODYWORK PRACTITIONER®
